Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC) is a high-performance material that combines natural wood fibers with thermoplastic polymers. In our specialized manufacturing process, we blend finely ground wood flour (sourced from sustainably managed wood scraps and agricultural residues) with virgin or recycled thermoplastic resins like polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

This raw mixture is combined with essential chemical additives, including lubricants, coupling agents, UV stabilizers, pigments, and impact modifiers. The compound is then fed into automated extruders, where it is heated, mixed, and forced through precision steel dies to shape the profiles.
